TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SPIRIT AUDITIONS
Payment
Audition payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to an alternate audition date in the event that the performer can not attend.

Filming and Photography
In-person auditions may be filmed and photographed by staff members of Spirit YPC.
Footage will predominantly be used by our audition panel to review auditions but occasionally may be used on our social media sites and emails, for marketing purposes. If you don't wish for your child to be filmed or photographed, please let us know prior to the audition.

Online Auditions
You are responsible for ensuring that your video is of a decent quality (the performer can be clearly seen and clearly heard) and is available for the Spirit faculty to view (note that we can not view private YouTube videos. If you want to hide the video from the public, please set it as unlisted.)

Physical Activity
Dance and theatre are physical activities that involve certain risks. During the audition the performer should be aware of their physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. The performer should seek professional medical advice in the event of ongoing/serious injury, and should not dance whilst injured.

Acceptance
No performer is guaranteed acceptance into Spirit YPC. Suitability for the Spirit teams will be determined by performance at the audition, with skill level, commitment and attitude all taken into account. The decision of the Spirit panel is final.

Video Submission
By submitting a self-tape, you understand that whatever you submit will be viewed by members of the Spirit faculty, and the video may be saved and kept on file for a period of up to 6 months.

Data Protection
By signing up to audition, you agree to receive correspondence from Spirit YPC. We will never pass your contact details onto a third party.
